‘Is this the place that i’ve been dreamin’ of?’
Seems like a dream, out of nowhere, I suddenly sat on a train.
A slow moving train, and as I looked out the window, I saw myself.
The first five minutes, I saw myself as a child, and I saw how much my parents loved me. I saw myself running around and laughing.
I enjoy it from the window.
A voice from above then appeared,
‘You have arrived at the first stop, do you want to continue or not?’
‘Of course.’ I replied
The second five minutes, I saw myself being changed. It was when I became teenager. I became disobedient. I saw myself scolding my mother because I wasn’t allowed to play with my friends. My mother was crying.
I was disappointed to see the version of me that time.
But, I’m not going to stop here, I want to see what will happen next.
The voice came again from above,
‘You have arrived at the second stop, do you want to continue or not?’
I said yes, but not as enthusiastically as I did the first time.
The third five minutes, now I see myself getting married, having a beautiful wife. I see myself waiting for my wife to give birth, and I see that tiny baby born into the world. Her tears is my tears too.
The window of the train was wet, from the rain, and from tears.
So far, the third stop is my favourite.
The voice from above appeared again,
‘You have arrived at the third stop, this time we will go faster, do you want to continue or not?
I answered yes.
The fourth and last five minutes, I see myself old and decrepit, and I am alone with my wife, my child has his own life now. We are enjoying our old age in peace. That moment will indeed come, and it seems I have arrived here.
The voice from above re-appeared for the last time,
‘You arrived at the last stop, it’s time for you to get off.’
I realized that this train took me to see my own life journey, and that voice from above was God who had told me what would happen in my story later.
And, when I got off the train, I was just born into the world.
I am ready.
